How long will it take to get my album?

Once your photos have been edited and you have had a chance to review them and pick your favourites, you have two months to let me know which photos you want in the album. I create a mock-up of the album. You then have the chance to modify the content and layout twice, if need be, before it is sent off to the printer. Once you sign off on the final design, it may take up to four months for the album to arrive.

How do I order my prints?

Once the photoshoot is completed, a slideshow will be posted on the site that you are able to share with friends and family. The slideshow will show the filenames for each photo so you will just need to e-mail the list of photos you would like and what size you would like to have each printed as. Friends and family are also able to order prints from the slideshow as well.

How do I make payment?

Currently, we accept cash, money order or cheque. Paypal can be used if a payment by credit card is required, with a small service fee to process.

When is payment due?

For weddings, 50% is required at the time of signing the contract with the remaining 50% due on the wedding day. For portraits, 50% is due on the day of the photo shoot and the remaining 50% is due when the photos are delivered.

What does "Permission to Print" mean?

When you purchase a package with hi-resolution images, you will be given a form with "Permission to Print". ENV Photography retains the ownership of the actual photos (professional photos are copyrighted), but you are able to take the files and have them printed for personal use at a photolab. This includes making copies for friends and family, but cannot be used for commercial purposes.
